We support line managers to deliver effective communication from the outset, nipping issues in the bud informally where possible (saving time and reducing risk). Where there’s a need for a formal process, we take the role of trusted advisor, sounding board, provider of documentation, coach and critic! More practically, we can conduct disciplinary meetings for you, however we add most value when we coach and develop managers to lead those conversations independently.
