How do I know which type of learning is right for me or my team?

All our learning solutions are centred around the needs of your people and organisation. Once we have assessed your learning needs, our team will recommend the most appropriate and effective solutions for you.

How do you ensure the right people get the right training?

Good question!  We run a simple assessment of both skill and behaviours required of leaders and managers. This ensure you are offering the right learning opportunities to the right people and indeed maximising the skills you have internally.  We want you to spend your time and money wisely. Returns from learning should be observable immediately!

How do you evaluate the learning? ROI

It is important to identify with you what your expectations are at the outset. What are you wanting to change / improve? This could be to increase productivity, reduce errors, improve decision-making, increase employee engagement or improve quality of leadership.  Whatever your objective we will measure / agree the baseline (starting point) and use a variety of methods to see what changes occur following the learning.

How much is a standard workshop

How do you deliver training? 

We use a variety of channels: in person, online and e:learning modules, which means we can reach the audience in the best way possible for them, their learning style, their time, their budget. 

Can you train our inhouse team on specific topics?

Absolutely.  Tell us your specific needs and we can chat through some options with you.  We have excellent tried and tested courses for leaders and managers already to go, or we can create something bespoke for you. We love creating new content!
